University Selection & Application
Week 1–2We shortlist 2–3 universities that best match your score, budget, and goals. You'll receive a complete breakdown of each option:
- Exact fee structure — tuition + hostel + meals + visa (no hidden extras)
- FMGE pass rate data and student reviews
- Clinical training facilities and hospital affiliations
- Indian community size and cultural amenities nearby
Once you choose, we prepare and submit your application with all required documents. You approve everything before submission.
Admission Letter & Document Preparation
Week 2–4After application, the university issues an official Admission Offer Letter — your proof of acceptance. Simultaneously, we help you prepare all required documents:
Academic Documents
- Class 10 & 12 mark sheets + certificates
- NEET scorecard
- Transfer certificate (TC) & migration certificate
- 10 passport-size photographs
Identity & Travel
- Valid Indian passport (min. 18 months remaining)
- Aadhar card & PAN card
- Police clearance certificate (PCC)
- Medical fitness certificate
Financial Documents
- Bank statements (last 6 months)
- Sponsorship letter (from parents)
- Income certificate or ITR (if applicable)
University-Issued
- Official admission offer letter
- Invitation letter for visa
- Student ID & enrollment confirmation
All documents must be attested by HRD/MEA and notarized. We guide you through every attestation step.
Visa Processing
Week 3–6Student visa processing timelines vary by country. We handle the entire process:
- Filling and reviewing all visa application forms
- Preparing the complete document packet for the embassy/consulate
- Embassy appointment booking (Delhi, Mumbai, or regional offices)
- Visa interview preparation — mock Q&A, what to wear, what to bring
- Tracking and follow-up until visa issuance
